Erika, the newest member of the Birdsong Team, has been in the real estate business for 5 years.
Her job consists of coordinating the contract process from initiation, through funding, and closing.
Continuity and coordination of the contract process enables Birdsong Real Estate to provide superior
business services, while allowing agents more time to pursue individual client needs.

Traci is in charge of day to day operations at Birdsong real Estate. With more than 20 years experience in office administration, she ensures that client inquiries get proper attention.

Very few things rival my enthusiasm as my career in
real estate. I began my real estate profession 25
years ago and my commitment is as strong today as it
was when I first began.
Of course, to maintain a
constant level of excellence to client's and
customer's needs, one must have an outstanding support
system. I have three of the very best: my husband,
Roy, of 40 years, our 37-year-old son, Tracey and the
Birdsong Real Estate Team. We have lived in Lake
Jackson 36+ years.
Prior to my position at Birdsong Real Estate, I attended
Stephen F. Austin State University, majoring in home
economics and later received Master Florist certification from Texas
A & M University. I owned an
area florist and gift shop for five years, while
working in real estate sales and marketing for two
local homebuilders. This was when I established
my goals for a career in the real estate profession.
After owning my own national franchise real estate
company in Lake Jackson for six years I made the
commitment to the role of a working real
estate agent. I wanted to do what I do best: LIST and
SELL real estate.
Honesty, determination, experience, and lots of hard
work have made me one of the top listing and selling
Realtors in the Brazosport Area for more than 25 years.
My special rapport with clients and customers provides
the basis for a perfect working relationship.

Sue Cornell, CRS, GRI - Residential Real Estate Specialist
Sue has been a dedicated full time licensed Realtor since 1987. She has
continued her education throughout the years earning the prestigious CRS
and GRI designations. Sue specializes in assisting transferees with Dow,
BASF, and Phillips in addition to listing and selling single family residences
in the Brazosport Area (including Lake Jackson, Clute, Richwood, Freeport, Brazoria,
Surfside, and Angleton.)
In addition to serving as past President of the Brazoria County Board
of Realtors, Sue was named by
the Board of Realtors as Key Realtor of the Year for 2002 . Sue is active in promoting home ownership on the state level, serving
as Trustee for the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee.
Jimmie Mason - GRI, CRS Residential Real Estate Specialist
Jimmie has 30+ years of experience in negotiating sales between buyers and sellers in the local real estate market. She is a past president of the Brazoria County Board of Realtors.
Tammie Bell - Residential Real Estate Specialist
Tammie specializes in Angleton residential real estate but also services the entire Brazoria County area. She has more than 15 years experience in sales and marketing.

Kimmy Wessels
Being raised in Lake Jackson since the age of 5 gives Kimmy a great insight to the Brazosport area and its people. After Graduating from Brazoswood High School, Kimmy moved to the Sugar Land area to work in the Music Industry, most recently as Promotions / Sales Manager for Warner Brothers Records for the Southwest Region.
This previous employment helped develop her excellent marketing and promotion skills, giving her an edge in today's real estate market.
Kimmy's previous real estate experience includes: Team Leader, Top Producer, and Top Listing Agent for the past 3 years. In 2007 she was also awarded Top 20 Listing Agent in the Houston region.

Ryan Birdsong
Ryan grew up in the family real estate business and obtained his Real Estate license at age 18. As a graduate of the BISD school system, Ryan brings personal knowledge of the area and its schools to all of his buyers. After graduating from Texas State University at San Marcos, Ryan accumulated regional real estate experience in Houston before returning to Birdsong Real Estate.
